SHIPPING

We have a flat rate shipping fee that applies to all orders. All shipping charges are visible before checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Our preferred method of shipping is UPS, with your order usually arriving 5-10 business days after you place it. 

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with shipping details, including a tracking number if there is one.

RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to send it back to us!

Our return policy is for store credit only.  Items are eligible for return if:
    • All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the original tags attached.
    • Items are to be postmarked within 7 days from the original purchase date.
    • All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.
    ALL sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. Intimates, swimwear, sunglasses, accessories, jewelry, headwear, and sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for any kind of credit. 

    If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs. If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact Customer Service.

    All claims must be made within 7 days of purchase date. 

    To return an item by mail, please call the store at (478) 268-4762 to receive a return authorization code. 

    Once you've received your return authorization code, please print it on your original invoice (RA#),  place item(s) and original invoice with RA# inside a mailer. Take your package to the local post office and pay for postage.

    We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us.

    Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

    Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.
