Holiday Returns and Exchanges

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with the fit of their purchases, but we understand that the apparel you may pick out for your friends and family may not always be a perfect fit. That being said, we will be expanding our store's return policy for the holiday season. Gift purchases made between the dates of November 20th, 2022, and December 24th, 2022 will be eligible for return (for store credit or exchange only) up until January 14th, 2023. Returns must be made during store hours.  

Items are only eligible for return under the following conditions:

• All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached
• Items are to be postmarked within the allotted days from the original purchase date.
• All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.

Also, ALL sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE. Intimates, swimwear, sunglasses, accessories, jewelry, headwear, and sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned for any kind of credit. (This includes Black Friday & Fill-a-Bag purchases).

We will resume our typical return policy after the holiday season.
